November 2, 2017    BREAKFAST MEETING

The Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association will meet at 7:15 am on Thursday, November 2nd, at the Des Moines Golf & Country Club in West Des Moines.

The featured speaker is Vince Ward, Business Development Director for Weitz Construction.  Vince will present “Leveraging Lean Construction Methods: Hilton Des Moines Downtown Hotel Case Study”.

The meeting is open to anyone with an interest in commercial real estate. The fee is $10 with reservations or $15 at the door. The meeting features networking opportunities and a hot buffet breakfast.

ICREA provides its members with numerous activities throughout the year to advance their careers in the real estate industry. ICREA’s signature event is the annual Iowa Commercial Real Estate Expo held in the Fall.


Monthly Breakfast Meeting

The Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association members and their guests are invited every month to attend the ICREA Monthly Breakfast Meeting. Attendees enjoy coffee and networking and a hearty breakfast. Most events feature an informative presentation by a guest speaker.

The event is typically held at the Des Moines Golf and Country Club from 7:15 a.m to 8:30 a.m. on the first Thursday of each month. Member fee for breakfast is $10.00. Breakfast is complimentary for first-time guests of ICREA members.
