About the Event
The featured speaker is Chris Shires, Urban Designer and Planner with Confluence. Chris will present the redevelopment plan for the University Avenue corridor in West Des Moines and Clive, stretching from 22nd/86th Street to I-35/80.
The meeting is open to anyone with an interest in commercial real estate. The fee is $10 with reservation or $15 at the door. The meeting features networking opportunities and a hot buffet breakfast. The meeting concludes about 8:30am.
